Purpose
Our piano overlay is purely to support our educational App for use by children under the supervision of their music teachers or parents. However, out of an abundance of caution we tested for compliance with CPSIA, ASTM F963, UKCA, CE & EN71.
1. USA
Our piano overlay product uses HTS codes 4911.99.6000 (following ruling NY E81425 & N349886) & 9903.01.22 ("informational materials"). We also obtained a CBP ruling specifically for our product: N351198.
While the product is not intended as a toy, but educational in nature, erring on the side of caution we tested to comply with both CPSIA & ASTM F963. Please download our certificate of analysis here.
2. UK & EU
Our piano overlay product uses commodity code 4911.99.00.00 — see advance customs ruling 600013554.
UKCA & CE & EN71
While the product is not intended as a toy, but educational in nature, erring on the side of caution we have used UKCA & CE markings and tested accordingly.
